Multiple Skechers Lawsuits Filed on Behalf of Consumers Who Suffered Serious Stress Fractures Allegedly Due to Wearing Shape-Ups, by Wright & Schulte

Wright & Schulte LLC, an experienced law firm, filed multiple Skechers stress fracture lawsuits on behalf of consumers throughout the U.S. who have suffered from various types of stress fractures allegedly caused by Shape-Ups toning shoes. These cases, which are part of MDL 2308, were all filed on January 28, 2013. They are being litigated in the U.S. District Court of the Western District of Kentucky, Louisville Division. Richard W. Schulte, a founding partner of the firm, is on the Plaintiffs Steering Committee for Skechers MDL Litigation.
