Multiple Imprelis Lawsuits Filed by Wright & Schulte Alleging Imprelis Use Resulted in Extensive Tree Damage and Death

The attorneys at Wright & Schulte, LLC have filed multiple Imprelis lawsuits on behalf of various plaintiffs throughout the U.S. The plaintiffs in these cases, which were filed in late March through early April, are individual property owners, lawn care and landscape companies and one country club. All of these Imprelis cases allege that use of Imprelis herbicide resulted in the plaintiffs’ trees, shrubs and other plant life being irreversibly damaged. These Imprelis lawsuits also allege that DuPont mislead consumers in Imprelis advertising and that, even after consumers reported Imprelis damage, DuPont failed to acknowledge the dangers associated with its herbicide. The defendant in all of these Imprelis tree damage lawsuits has been named as E.I. DuPont De Nemours and Co.
