Mt. Macrina Manor is a faith-based, long-term care facility that provides a full range of rehabilitation services in a home-like atmosphere. It is sponsored by the Sisters of St. Basil the Great and is dedicated to providing holistic care to all patients which addresses not only the medical, social and physical needs of the residents, but also the resident’s relational, emotional and spiritual needs. The facility is a member of the Catholic Long Term Care Network, the Faith-based Long Term Care Network, the Catholic Health Association, Pennsylvania Association for Non-Profit Homes for the Aging (PANPHA) and the American Association of Homes and Services for the Aging (AAHSA).

Mt. Macrina Manor is seeking a healthcare professional to strategically lead the finance operations for this 139-bed skilled nursing facility and provide financial analysis for the organization’s plans for growth. The CFO will establish new policies and procedures to keep the department moving forward and work to improve the accounts receivable days outstanding. Additionally, the CFO will partner with executive leaders to achieve the established strategic goals and focus on continued growth of market share.
