Mr. Michel Bayouk resignation and passing

DENVER, CO, June 2 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ - Medical International Technology Inc. (MDLH.PK) (http://www.mitcanada.ca http://www.mitinvest.ca), is sad to announce the passing of Mr. Michel Bayouk, our former Corporate Secretary, Principal Accounting Officer and Director.

On May 16th 2009, Mr. Michel Bayouk tendered his resignation from Medical International Technology Inc. as a Board member, secretary and principal accounting officer due to health related reasons.

June 1st 2009, Mr. Bayouk passed away at a Montreal hospital.

Mr. Bayouk had worked with Mr. Karim Menassa for over the past 25 years and had been working with Medical International Technology since its inception in 2001.

Mr. Bayouk will be remembered for his professionalism, honesty and most of all his heart of gold.
