Moving On With A Pen
Date:7/9/2010

Self-Published author shares how she found God amid all uncertainties and discovered a different kind of healing through writing down her emotions

Honolulu, HI (Vocus) July 9, 2010 -- She transformed a truly depressing moment in her life into something of value, something inspirational. With the release of Finally, it’s my time!, her new book made available through Xlibris, author Mary V. Domingo boldly shares her journey to bring motivation to any reader.

After losing her job, Domingo, just like many others, felt the fear of not being able to rise up from the fall. Yet contrary to her belief, she was led into a place where she realized overcoming obstacles, even financially, was not that difficult. With her trust in God, she was able to slowly move on to battle with the obstacles, taking one step at a time. She turned to writing her feelings and emotions, finding remedy with every stroke of the pen. She now shares this healing technique in this edifying book.

Finally, it’s my time! is both an interactive journal and a collection of short stories drawn out from the author’s challenging experiences in life. With pages packed with practical tips and reflective insights, it invites readers to scribble down their most kept emotions. As well, it reminds them to scribble down their life dreams and the actions they should do to achieve them, all the while providing motivational thoughts.

“Remember, it takes thirty days to form a new habit, so get started. And the funny thing is just this once, make just one change. You can expect the dominoes of change to come falling down. Not anything but great success for your future,” shares Domingo.
