Mountain States Health Alliance Rolls Out TEDS Talent Management System

Within four days of launch, TEDS was managing all active courses and 1.6 million migrated learning history records. 35% of Mountain States' learner population had accessed the system within the first week. Mountain States is licensed for 10,000 users.

Having already implemented automated learning management via TEDS Learning on Demand, Mountain States will next implement the TEDS RTC Power© module to manage critical team member competencies and automate system-wide regulatory compliance. Competency management establishes the foundation for total Talent Management as Mountain States adds other TEDS Talent Management modules in a phased approach. These initiatives place Mountain States at the forefront of workforce planning and development within the health care industry.
