Leading Health Care Provider Maximizes Performance with the TEDS Talent Management Suite.

Johnson City, TN (PRWEB) July 29, 2009 -- Mountain States Health Alliance (MSHA), headquartered in Johnson City, Tennessee, announced today the rollout of the TEDS® Talent Management Suite. TEDS is now live for the system-wide management of Mountain States' team member learning.

MSHA deployed the TEDS Learning Management System, Learning on Demand© - one of the TEDS Talent Management System's modules - to distribute and manage team member training and compliance throughout their organization. TEDS Learning on Demand has optimized the speed and effectiveness of Mountain States team member learning by automating all learning administration functions including scheduling and launching of e-learning, course enrollment, and evaluations. Team members have easy access to their learning tasks any time and anywhere, because their courses, scheduled learning events, course assignments and tests are delivered on-line.
