This will help thousands of organizations to not only learn the basics of Lean Six Sigma, but also allow potential Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and Black Belt Candidates to test drive one of Mountain Home's innovative and comprehensive online training courses.

Denver, CO (PRWEB) September 23, 2009 -- Mountain Home Training and Consulting Inc. announced today that they will make their full-length online, on-demand training course called Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt (Lean Six Sigma Fundamentals) available for free. As far as we know Mountain Home will be the first major Lean Six Sigma training provider to offer a course this comprehensive at no cost to the public.

The Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Course, MHC-2000OD, is designed to provide individuals at all levels of the organization, who are responsible for improving the quality and efficiency of its products or services, an overview of the basic concepts and techniques of Lean Six Sigma used by process improvement practitioners worldwide. The topics covered include Introduction to Process Improvement using Lean Six Sigma & the DMAIC Methodology, Role of Business Process Management (BPM) in Lean Six Sigma, and Changing Organization Culture.

"We feel that providing this type of training to the public is a way for us to do our part in today's very uncertain economy. So many businesses are trying to survive this global recession without the knowledge they really need. We felt we wanted to help by doing what we do best - transfer knowledge. Not only will you gain insights into performance improvement concepts and techniques that really work, it's also a great way to try out a training provider you may not know, with little or no risk, your only investment is a few hours of your time", says Mountain Home President and CEO Derril Watts, he went on to say, "We know that if a potential client experiences one of our training courses they will be very likely to use us to meet their other training needs."

"We feel very strongly that there are a lot of managers out there who need the training we offer to help make their businesses more recession proof, but they have to make every dollar count in this current climate, and we're happy to make this offer to let them try it before they buy it," commented Jerry Posey, Vice President of Marketing for Mountain Home.
