Developing on the Google Health Platform

PORTLAND, Ore., May 19 /PRNewswire/ -- Mount Tabor Online Services, Inc., a privately held information and development company, announced collaboration today with Google as a development and consulting service partner for Google Health. Google Health was launched to the public at an event at Google's headquarters today; the product allows users to store, organize, and manage their medical records online.

During the development of Google Health, Mount Tabor assisted numerous third parties with integration support who were creating new Web applications designed to utilize the Google Health data storage infrastructure. "It has been an exhilarating and great honor for our team to be working with Google to help support their data exchange partners on integration needs," said John R. "The critical success factors for any personal health information service are the availability, completeness, and security of an individual's health data. Google has made an enormous effort to provide individuals with access to their own medical data, and we are proud to have played a supportive role."

In anticipation of the Google Health launch, Mount Tabor has been expanding its operational capacity to serve the large number of health care organizations and Web application companies that will seek to exchange patient data with the new Google Health platform.
