Morrisey Associates Partners With Total Living Choices (TLC) to Provide Software Value-Add to Customers
Date:1/18/2010

CHICAGO, Jan. 18 /PRNewswire/ -- Morrisey Associates has signed a partnership agreement with Seattle-based Total Living Choices (TLC) that allows Morrisey to sell and sublicense TLC's Care Finder-Pro® discharge networking software. "Integrating Care Finder-Pro into MCCM will add significant value for current and future MCCM customers," says Jim Nutter, president of Morrisey. "TLC has been great to work with and we're excited to combine forces with them on this initiative."

Care Finder-Pro securely stores and manages all patient documentation electronically and can be customized to each hospital's requirements. Once patients have selected post-acute providers, notifying all providers that the case is closed is just a click away. Patients' physicians are notified of patients' facility choices, and wi
