Based on public demand, growing interest and ubiquitous research, health conscious people are seeking out tasty Mediterranean diet recipes for home use across the world like never before.

(PRWEB) June 14, 2010 -- The Mediterranean diet is taking the stage as one of the healthiest (if not the most healthy) diets in the world. It's origin is taken from the sixteen or so countries which surround the Mediterranean sea. In recent years formal studies and research have identified eye opening benefits which come with the diets regular use. It has not only been identified as a diet that helps minimise the risk of many of the diseases which plague the western world but it has also been labelled as a good weight loss diet and this too is also based on formal research.

A new release of monthly Mediterranean diet recipes is now available from the Mediterranean Diet Recipes Club to the health and weight conscious public.

The release is aimed at an audience who want to minimise the risk of disease, build good health while also manage their weight or weight loss. Ray Darken (the owner) has selected the easiest and tastiest recipes he could find for the monthly service and he is also responsible for the popular and digital Mediterranean diet guide (now in its fifth year).
