Modern Healthcare announced its inaugural list of the top 100

EL SEGUNDO, Calif., Nov. 3 /PRNewswire/ -- DaVita Inc., a leading provider of kidney care services for those diagnosed with chronic kidney failure and disease (CKD), was named in the top 100 of Modern Healthcare's Best Places to Work in Healthcare. DaVita(R), ranked 66th on the list, is the only nationwide healthcare services company on the list.

Modern Healthcare conducted this program to recognize outstanding employers in the healthcare industry on a national level. Employers completed a survey detailing company policies, practices benefits and demographics. Employees were asked an in-depth set of questions that resulted in an analysis in eight core areas: leadership and planning, culture and communications, role satisfaction, working environment, relationship with supervisor, training and development, pay and benefits and overall satisfaction.
