Mobile Clinic Management EMR for Patient Health Information Launched by JAG Products and Canvas Partnership

Unique partnership allows for real-time access of patient health information for mental health and chemical dependence agencies using a wide variety of mobile devices and smartphones

DeWitt, NY & Herndon, VA (PRWEB) May 25, 2010 -- JAG Products, LLC (www.ClinicTracker.com ) and Canvas (www.GoCanvas.com) today announced today a collaboration that provides JAG clients with ClinicTracker Mobile. Powered by Canvas, ClinicTracker Mobile enables mental health and chemical dependence agencies to collect and access key patient information from their mobile devices.

With ClinicTracker Mobile, Clinicians and field-workers can now view a patient’s demographic information, prior services, and medication history, as well as record appointments which include progress notes and patient signature collection, using a HIPAA-compliant process. Visiting nurses and clinicians can access key background information on clients and replace inefficient paper-based forms. Organizations that provide transportation services can also have their own mobile apps to record key information on client pick-ups and drop-offs.

QCI Behavioral Health, Largo, MD was looking to replace multiple systems with one integrated solution that could support their mobile behavioral healthcare workforce.
