Minnesota Fitness Company Announces Its 2013 Weight Loss Tips!
Date:12/28/2012

Minnesota (PRWEB) December 28, 2012

Altman Fitness is a known Minnesota based fitness company. As 2013 draws closer, the company is announcing its top three tips for people looking to lose weight in the New Year. “Our company’s blog has always been free and I thought this was the right time to expand our weight loss tips to a viral audience,” said Jay Altman, co-owner of Altman Fitness.

“Losing weight doesn’t have to be hard. People just need to know the following three key components to get off on the right foot,” continued Altman. According to the company’s website, http://altmanfitness.com/ , drinking more water is the first key component. Next, Altman Fitness suggests cleaning out one’s kitchen. Lastly, find a workout buddy and get a proper assessment.

“If you clean out the diet sodas and replace them with water in your kitchen then half of the battle is ready to be fought,” continued Altman. “Of course, these three tips alone won’t help anyone have dramatic weight loss, but they are steps in the right direction!” Jay Altman encourages people nationwide to find a workout partner and then meet with a personal trainer to assess weight loss goals, lifestyle, health concerns and develop a personalized workout plan.

About: Jay and Kelly Altman own Altman Fitness in Minnesota. Together, the couple have grown their business and guided high school, college and pro athletes, in addition to top level executives to achieve phenomenal results in record time.
