Mindray to Attend the JPMorgan 4th Annual China Conference

SHENZHEN, China, April 9, 2008 /Xinhua-PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Mindray Medical International Limited (NYSE: MR), a leading developer, manufacturer and marketer of medical devices in China with a rapidly growing international presence, today announced that Mr. Minghe Cheng, Mindray's executive vice president of strategic development and Ms. May Li, Mindray's investor relations manager, will attend the JPMorgan 4th Annual China Conference to be held at the Grand Hyatt Hotel in Beijing, China from Wednesday, April 23, 2008 to Friday, April 25, 2008.

Mr. Cheng and Ms. Li will hold one-on-one meetings with investors on Thursday, April 24, 2008 and Friday, April 25, 2008 to discuss Mindray's recent developments and 2008 domestic and international strategy.
