Mindray to Attend 2007 RSNA Conference in Chicago

Company Will Exhibit New DC-3 and Portable M5 Diagnostic Imaging Systems

SHENZHEN, China, Nov. 21 /Xinhua-PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Mindray Medical International Limited (NYSE: MR), a leading developer, manufacturer and marketer of medical devices in China with a rapidly growing international presence, today announced that it will attend the 2007 Radiological Society of North America (RSNA) Conference in Chicago, Illinois at the McCormick Place from November 25 to 30, 2007. Mindray's exhibition booth will be located in the South Building, Hall A, #3159.

''We will be showcasing two new products at the RSNA Conference, including our portable M5 and DC-3 diagnostic ultrasound systems,'' said Mr. Xu Hang, Mindray's chairman and co-chief executive officer. "The high-functionality, competitively-priced M5 is our first portable color ultrasound imaging system and is tailored for North American and European markets. We are also excited to introduce our color DC-3 diagnostic ultrasound system, which holds significant market potential in China and in developing markets around the world.''

The company expects to launch both the DC-3 and portable M5 diagnostic ultrasound systems globally at the end of 2007, excluding the U.S. In the U.S., the products will be launched as soon as they receive U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) 510k clearance.

Mr. Minghe Cheng, Mindray's executive vice president of strategic development and Mr. Jie Liu, Mindray's executive vice president of international sales & marketing will attend the event.
