Miller Joins Siemens IT Solutions and Services as V.P. of Healthcare Industry Group

NEW YORK, Jan. 9 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Robert I. Miller, a 25-year Siemens veteran, has been named Vice President of the Healthcare Industry Group within Siemens IT Solutions and Services, Inc. (NYSE: SI).

In this role, Miller will be responsible for the overall execution of the organization's business plan, including overall go-to-market activities, coordination with global industry leadership, introduction of a market-relevant vertical portfolio and the overall success of the Siemens IT Solutions and Services healthcare business.

Miller's experience includes key customer facing executive roles. He led the Siemens Healthcare value-added Global Services IT consulting group, developed a sophisticated customer service organization and provided general management and leadership to a number of Siemens Healthcare IT operations.
