Milestone Scientific to Announce Year-End 2007 Results on Monday, March 31, 2008

Conference Call Scheduled for Tuesday, April 1, 2008 at 9:30 AM EDT

LIVINGSTON, N.J., March 27 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Milestone Scientific Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: MLSS), the recognized leader in advanced injection technologies, today announced that the Company will report its financial results for the 2007 fiscal year, ended December 31, 2007, on Monday, March 31, 2008.

Milestone will host a teleconference the next morning, Tuesday, April 1, 2008, beginning at 9:30 AM Eastern time, and invites all interested parties to join management in a discussion regarding the Company's financial statements, corporate progress and other meaningful developments. The conference call can be accessed by dialing toll-free 1-800-257-7087.
