Middle Tennessee Pest Control Experts U.S. Pest Protection Launch Mobile Website
Date:5/6/2013

Nashville, Tenn. (PRWEB) May 06, 2013

As consumers begin to rely more heavily on mobile and handheld devices to discover professional services the pest protection experts at U.S. Pest Protection are happy to announce the launch of their new mobile friendly website. The Middle Tennessee home and commercial pest and termite control experts partnered with the mobile web development and design agency Horton Group to create a brand new online resource that translates perfectly on a handheld device or tablet.

With the launch of their new website U.S. Pest can reach a wider audience while providing current and future customers with a valuable tool in the fight against pests of all kinds. The new website has been equipped with several features that will give mobile users easy access to a wide array of professional Tennessee pest, termite, fungus and moisture control services.

“There has been a huge push in the service industry to provide customers with improved mobile resources,” said Erica Brister, President of U.S. Pest Protection. “We want to demonstrate we are ahead of the curve when it comes to providing our customers with access to the most complete pest control services available. This new website works to assure customers that not only are we a leader in pest and termite protection services for the Tennessee area, but also dedicated to investing in technologies that make the entire process easier for them.”

One of the biggest highlights of the new U.S. Pest Protection mobile site is their Emergency Service section. This is an exclusive service to new U.S. Pest customers. Directly from their mobile phones or tablets customers can click to call or fill out a contact form to submit a request for emergency pest or termite control services. Same day emergency service is available to new customers through the mobile website as long as requests are received before 4 p.m.

“The emergency service option is really the hallmark of our new mobile website,” stated Brister. “At this time of the year, when bug and termite swarms can be at their peak, we get a lot of new customers who need someone to come out right away. With the mobile website new clients can give us notice at any time and we can send assign a service professional right then and there.”

U.S. Pest Protection has also added a Pest Identification tool to the mobile website. This tool allows customers to take pictures of whatever is bugging them using their mobile devices and upload them directly to the website. There is also additional space where users can add a short description of the insect or pest. After images are submitted they are then reviewed by a qualified U.S. Pest representative, users can then expect to receive a prompt reply.

On the new website customer will find general information on U.S. Pest Protection’s full line of pest, termite, fungus and moisture control services along with detailed information about policies and customer service standards. Visitors can also use the mobile website to schedule a free inspection for termite or pest control.
