Microflex(R) Corporation Acquired by Linden and Edgewater

RENO, Nev., Nov. 6 /PRNewswire/ -- Microflex(R) Corporation, a leader in the development and marketing of disposable examination gloves, and a subsidiary of BarrierSafe Solutions International, announced today that BSSI has been purchased by Linden LLC, and The Edgewater Funds.

In addition to Microflex(R), BSSI also owns MicroActive Corporation and FoodHandler(R), Inc. BSSI, headquartered in Reno, NV, is a leading supplier of health and safety barrier products to the foodservice, emergency medical, dental, laboratory, automotive and industrial markets throughout North America. With a focus on premium quality and outstanding service, BSSI sells more than six billion disposable gloves annually under the Microflex(R) and FoodHandler(R) brand names.
