Michael Kincaid Named Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of HVHC Inc.

PITTSBURGH, Jan. 12 /PRNewswire/ -- Pennsylvania-based HVHC Inc., a Highmark company, has named Michael Kincaid as its executive vice president, chief financial officer and treasurer. Prior to joining HVHC, Kincaid served as senior vice president of finance, chief accounting officer and assistant secretary for specialty retailer Chico's FAS, Inc. in Ft. Myers, Florida.

"As we continue to build an integrated customer strategy at HVHC, I am pleased to announce the appointment of Mike to his new leadership position," said HVHC Inc. president and chief executive officer David Holmberg. In his new role, Kincaid will be responsible for the overall integrity of all financial systems including data, information, activities, processes, capital, expenses, cash and other resources. In addition, he will oversee operational and strategic planning for HVHC Inc. and all of its lines of business.
