Legal consul can then track the review process and completion of delegated tasks in real time to address requests quickly.
With the Advanced Tagging feature, reviewers can either choose from predetermined tags or create their own for quick visual identification. The inline tagging process makes identifying and separating data efficient without compromising data integrity or chain of custody. Users can create tags for review and implement case-sensitive retention policies to categorize and work with archived data.
The MessageSolution Enterprise eDiscovery Platform also provides automated legal hold management to collect relevant data. Administrators or case managers can create legal holds to permanently or temporarily supersede set retention policies.
“Corporate legal team creates legal hold notification emails and can automate an escalation process and reviewers produce the data in preferred PST format while leveraging automated data redaction to protect all sensitive information.” McInerney said.
