Mesa Labs Declares Quarterly Dividend

LAKEWOOD, Colo., Feb. 8 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Mesa Laboratories, Inc. (Nasdaq: MLAB) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of ten cents per share of common stock, payable on March 14, 2008 to shareholders of record at the close of business on February 25, 2008.

Mesa Laboratories develops, acquires, manufactures and markets electronic instruments for industrial, pharmaceutical and medical applications.
