Mercola.Com Revamps International Shipping for Improved Customer Service
Date:11/1/2013

Hoffman Estates, IL (PRWEB) November 01, 2013

International customers purchasing products from Mercola.com are about to engage in a whole new buying experience.

Aiming to reduce shipping costs, delivery time waits, and improve landing cost accuracy for its international customers, Mercola.com is changing how it ships orders.

Starting November 1, 2013, most international customers will receive their orders in about half the time. For example, with Mercola.com’s enhanced service, Canada will now receive their deliveries in 1-3 days. Australia will get their packages in 2-4 days.

Using DHL shipping services, Mercola.com will be able to deliver their international customers’ orders faster and for less money than their current “express” option. This means savings ranging from 19-25% for Canadian orders up to 3 pounds, and for the same weight, up to 33% savings for Australia.

Another important benefit for Mercola.com’s international customers will be the superior tracking that DHL offers. Customers will know when their order has been shipped and when to expect delivery.
