Meditative Movements(TM), State-of-the-Art Fitness Guidebook, Now Available
Date:11/19/2008

MINNEAPOLIS, Nov. 19 /PRNewswire/ -- Ellie Peterson, inspirer and president of Ellie's Meditative Movements, announces the arrival of her book on how a "life gone hard" can find new direction and fulfillment. Meditative Movements(TM) is the companion to her Power of Positive Aerobics DVD released in 2005.

Ms. Peterson tells a story of personal struggle, her divorce and challenge of raising three children alone, then explains the victory over her greatest enemy: her own poor self-image. She discovered the power of positive affirmations, combined them with various exercise movements, and then quit smoking, lost weight, graduated from college, remarried and began her own business. Ms. Peterson's meditative movements with their affirmations of love, freedom and success changed a "life gone hard" into a life of self-respect and good health.

Meditative Movements(TM) is an exercise program, from warm up to cool down. Cardio, strengthening, yoga flexibility and balance movements are carefully illustrated, then are combined with spoken positive affirmations like "I am healthy" and "I am capable" that energize body and being. The appendix is a treasure of informative charts concerning heart rates and burning calories, quick reference cards, list of affirmations and life-changing concepts.

"This innovative technique brings improved health, enthusiasm and well being through the synergy of affirmations and exercise movements," commented Ellie. "Following this affirmations based approach changed my life and can be a powerful program for anyone." Meditative Movements(TM) is effective in bringing about changed lives because it combines both exercise movements and affirmations into an active process, thereby energizing individual's mind, body and being. This program can be especially helpful in maintaining personal well-being during the busy holiday season. This new, one-of-a-kind fitness program is appro
