Meditative Movements(TM), State-of-the-Art Fitness Guidebook, Now Available

MINNEAPOLIS, Nov. 19 /PRNewswire/ -- Ellie Peterson, inspirer and president of Ellie's Meditative Movements, announces the arrival of her book on how a "life gone hard" can find new direction and fulfillment. Meditative Movements(TM) is the companion to her Power of Positive Aerobics DVD released in 2005.

Ms. Peterson tells a story of personal struggle, her divorce and challenge of raising three children alone, then explains the victory over her greatest enemy: her own poor self-image. She discovered the power of positive affirmations, combined them with various exercise movements, and then quit smoking, lost weight, graduated from college, remarried and began her own business. Ms. Peterson's meditative movements with their affirmations of love, freedom and success changed a "life gone hard" into a life of self-respect and good health.

Meditative Movements(TM) is an exercise program, from warm up to cool down. Cardio, strengthening, yoga flexibility and balance movements are carefully illustrated, then are combined with spoken positive affirmations like "I am healthy" and "I am capable" that energize body and being.
