ed in marketing for ten years in various industries, focusing on technology and branding. In his latest role, he was Chief Executive Officer of ReachMD, a medical communications start-up. At ReachMD, Mike developed and launched the first ever 24/7 national radio platform for medical professionals which aired on XM Satellite Radio and online.

Katie Meacham has worked in the public relations field since graduating from the University of Wisconsin - Madison with a Bachelor's degree in Journalism. At the age of 25, Katie was diagnosed with Hodgkin's disease. Two months into chemotherapy doctors realized she was refractory towards the treatment and her lymphoma had spread, resulting in a need for her to undergo an autologous stem cell transplant. Katie and her family temporarily moved to Houston, Texas where she was treated at M. D. Anderson Cancer Center. After months of high intensity chemotherapy and a transplant Katie was pronounced cancer free.
