SAN FRANCISCO, April 15 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- The Medical Tourism Association, the international non-profit association for the medical tourism and health tourism industry, announces the World Medical Tourism & Global Health Congress, the largest medical tourism convention and the first medical tourism convention to take place in the United States. The convention will take place, September 9-12th, 2008 at the Westin St. Francis in San Francisco, California, USA.
