Experienced Medical Device Executive to Lead Company Through

Commercialization

LOS ANGELES, July 1 /PRNewswire/ -- Medical Tactile Incorporated (MTI) announced today that the Board of Directors has appointed Denis A. O'Connor as Chief Executive Officer of the company effective June 23, 2008.

An experienced medical device executive, Mr. O'Connor has held senior management positions at Philips Medical Systems, Sony Medical Systems and Lockheed Martin Medical Systems. In addition, Mr. O'Connor has been the chief executive officer of several emerging medical device companies, where he has been responsible for the overall financing, organization, strategy and commercialization of those enterprises.
