MedicExchange Launches Customer Review Platform for Healthcare IT and Radiology Products
Date:7/29/2009

NEW YORK, July 29 /PRNewswire/ -- MedicExchange has launched a comprehensive customer review platform for the healthcare IT and radiology products available through its website, www.medicexchange.com.

The easy to use review platform allows MedicExchange registered members to post specific comments for radiology and healthcare IT products listed on the website's product showcase, http://www.medicexchange.com/Product-Showcase.html. Each user is asked a series of questions regarding the selected product. Questions included in the review pertain to the value of the product versus its price, quality of service and maintenance, and specific features or faults that standout.

Before any review is published, it is verified and the authenticity of the reviewer is confirmed. Once approved, members' comments are published for public review anonymously. Members' personal information is not shared with the product manufacturer, other MedicExchange members or any third party organizations.

Alex van Klaveren, Chief Executive of MedicExchange, commented, "Choosing the right software, services and equipment is crucial when budgets are under pressure and providers are trying to automate and reduce costs. We think a forum where customers can give indicators to potential buyers is an exciting prospect. We anticipate a high level of participation from radiology and healthcare IT professionals looking to help their peers who are making an investment in new technology or manufacturers looking to address customer concerns and improve their products."
