Medi-Share® Program Announces New Healthcare Program Offerings for Christian Community. Christian Care Ministry, Inc. is a not-for-profit religious organization that facilitates sharing of medical needs among Christian members through the Medi-Share program.

Melbourne, FL (PRWEB) June 3, 2009 -- Medi-Share is a member-based program where members share in each other's healthcare costs. Since its inception in 1993, over $430,000,000 in medical bills have been discounted and shared by the members of this innovative program.

This month, Christian Care Ministry is rolling out a new and improved version of Medi-Share, featuring more options, special wellness discounts, and streamlined processing.

Each month, Medi-Share matches up members' monthly share amounts with other members' eligible medical bills and facilitates the direct sharing of those costs between them.

Medi-Share is not insurance because it does not itself pay the medical bills; instead Medi-Share brings Christians together to share medical bills with one another.
