Mr. Parsons is a leading industry expert in consumer behavior-based marketing programs and the development of customized incentive programs that help consumers make appropriate and cost effective decisions regarding their healthcare.
Mr. Parsons currently serves as President of Catalina Health Resources, a healthcare division of Catalina Marketing. Jay has held a variety of management and leadership positions within Catalina and SmithKline Beecham's Consumer Group.
