MedTrust Online Collaborates With Oracle and Dell to Provide Oncologists With the Next Generation Tool for Personalized Care Delivery

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz., May 29 /PRNewswire/ -- MedTrust Online, LLC, a provider of clinically-useful applications for Oncologists, is working with Oracle, the world's largest enterprise software company, and Dell, a global leader in Information Technology (IT) solutions, to bring the new discoveries across health sciences to Oncologists at South Texas Oncology and Hematology (STOH), a leading provider of medical care for cancer patients in the Southwest U.S.

By deploying the MedTrust Online Solution(TM), a world-first Oncology tool that measures the Sixth Vital Sign, physicians will be able to personalize therapeutic regimens and provide the best possible care for their individual cancer patients. The MedTrust Online Solution(TM) creates new processes for capturing medical knowledge and integrating the latest molecular information to provide a comprehensive knowledgebase for physicians to consult as they diagnose and choose the best individualized treatment option for their patients.

By leveraging Oracle's Thesaurus Management System and Oracle RDF Data Model, a feature of the Oracle Spatial option to Oracle Database Enterprise Edition 11g, MedTrust Online will be able to provide STOH physicians with versatile technology tools they need to leverage new medical and scientific knowledge needed in the practice of medicine. MedTrust Online is a member of the Oracle PartnerNetwork.

Working with Dell's HCLS Solutions team, MedTrust Online's Knowledgebase(TM) has been optimized for use with Dell Latitude(TM) XT tablet notebooks and PowerEdge(TM) 1950 servers. This collaboration enables MedTrust Online to completely customize their solution and scalability while saving money.
