Date:9/14/2009

OKLAHOMA CITY and GREENSBORO, N.C., Sept. 14 /PRNewswire/ -- President Obama in his speech to Congress and the nation Wednesday evening acknowledged that something needed to be done about the cost of medical malpractice and the defensive medicine that preserves patient safety. Jeff Segal, MD, JD, founder and CEO of Medical Justice states, "Too often, healthcare reform is seen as a zero-sum game.
