McDivitt Law Firm Expands Safe and Sober Free Ride Home to Cinco de Mayo

throughout the United States and has become synonymous with cultural festivities as well as partaking in alcoholic beverages. If you plan to celebrate Cinco de Mayo, remember to:
  • Always have a designated driver if alcoholic beverages are being served.
  • Provide nonalcoholic beverage choices if you are hosting a party.
  • Plan the day in advance and decide on your transportation alternative before going out.

About Safe and Sober
All too often, the professionals at McDivitt Law Firm work with clients who have suffered after losing a loved one in an alcohol-related automobile crash. To assist in the fight against drunk driving, McDivitt Law Firm encourages individuals to make responsible choices by providing a safe transportation alternative during many of the traditionally high alcohol consumption holidays. The program is available during St. Patrick's Day, Cinco de Mayo, Halloween, and New Year's Eve.

McDivitt Law Firm has provided more than 1,800 safe rides home since its first Safe and Sober program on New Year's Eve 2007.
