McAllister Software Announces PetWise Veterinary Web Site Design and Hosting Service

PIEDMONT, Mo., Jan. 15 /PRNewswire/ -- McAllister Software Systems, creators of AVImark veterinary software, today announced a new veterinary web site design and hosting service called PetWise.  In addition to creating and hosting web sites for veterinary clinics, PetWise integrates with veterinary practice management software to give clients access to their pet health information and medical records online.

"We know that engaging, search-engine-friendly web sites help clinics connect with new clients, and useful, interactive sites help keep them," said Rob McAllister, senior director of special projects, McAllister Software Systems.  "We're excited to offer the new PetWise service to help veterinary clinics accomplish this goal.

"PetWise web sites are more than just online brochures – they're effective, interactive client communication tools," McAllister continued.  "They're designed to increase client loyalty, boost compliance, and improve patient care by offering a range of client education materials and access to pet health records.  All of this aligns with our goal of helping veterinary clinics be more efficient and profitable."

PetWise offers three levels of service.  The Starter Pack includes web site design and hosting, a unique web site domain with email accounts, an easy-to-use content management system so veterinary clinics can quickly and easily update their web sites, search engine optimization, and Google analytics to monitor web site traffic.

The Basic Pack adds the ability for clients to view and track medical records and health information about their pets, without leaving the clinic web site, via integration with veterinary software.  It also enables online appointment and boarding requests, saving time and cutting costs for veterinary clinics.

The advanced Community Pack adds email reminders, blog and photo gallery capabilities, and online client educational materials to improve compliance and patient care.
