MarquisNet Co-Location Agreement with MessageBroadcast Helps Message Delivery Provider Expand World-Class Network
Date:2/15/2010

MarquisNet and MessageBroadcast work together to join networks to expand from three to four networks offering multi-channel interactive message deliver, co-location and disaster recovery services.

Las Vegas (PRWEB) -- MarquisNet LLC, a leading provider of next-generation coast-to-coast co-location and disaster-recovery services, will facilitate the network expansion of MessageBroadcast, a Newport Beach, Calif.-based provider of turnkey, multi-channel, interactive message delivery services to world-class enterprises, the companies announced today.

Industry-leading global companies routinely use MessageBroadcast’s secure agile network to reach customers personally, using the latest, most-cost-effective methods that improve service while saving the enterprise millions of dollars. These include automated inbound and outbound voice, interactive voice response, mobile, text, e-mail and broadband communications. MessageBroadcast counts among its clients national telecom, content delivery, broadband, financial services, health care and international insurance companies.

According to MessageBroadcast President David Baker, the agreement with MarquisNet allows the company to expand its growing network with confidence. “With multi-millions of contacts a day, we have stringent requirements for security and uninterrupted delivery to any global destination,” Baker said. “MarquisNet meets or exceeds all our demanding specifications while allowing us to expand our network from three to four data centers.”

All MarquisNet data centers are designed to meet the highest industry standards. They are SAS 70 Type II certified, redundant 2N+1 or N+1, high-security network facilities with 24/7 access to equipment. They feature ultra-reliable uninterrupted power supplies for continuous availability. All have automatic back-up systems and service contracts on all equipment to keep them in peak operating condition.

Paul Reynosa, MarquisNet's director of new business development, said MessageBroadcast is a perfect client for the company. “We take great pride in being able to offer MessageBroadcast the peace of mind they and their customers deserve. In today’s fast-paced mobile and broadband world, system failure is not an option,” he said.

Should commercial power fail in any MarquisNet data center, automatic transfer switches immediately activate multiple diesel generators, monitor the electric feeds and transfer the loads to the generators once the feeds are stable. Meanwhile, uninterruptible power supply systems keep equipment fully powered, preventing resets.

Because comprehensive security and privacy are paramount to its success, MessageBroadcast provides the highest level of protection available. A range of safeguards over a variety of communication channels and platforms, as well as critical certifications enable, Message-Broadcast to assure the greatest possible level of security. Infrastructure can be configured to accommodate a variety of custom enterprise requirements such as alerts, messaging and automated surveys.
