Margaret Laub Appointed to IntelliDOT Board of Directors

Two current board members, Mr. Peter Craddock, Managing Director, Shoreline Venture Management and Mr. Gerry Forth, co-founder of IntelliDOT, are stepping down from the board after providing more than six years of service and guidance. Both will continue to be involved with IntelliDOT's success as observers.

"As two of our original board members, Peter and Gerry were very helpful as they assisted in guiding us from the start-up phase to achieving a number of important development and financing milestones. We look forward to continuing to draw on their financial and industry experience in their observer roles as the company continues to grow," said Klopack.

The new IntelliDOT Board of Directors is comprised of the following individuals:

  • Dr. Mike Guthrie, Executive-in-Residence, University of Colorado-Denver School of Business
  • Thomas G. Klopack, President and CEO of IntelliDOT Corporation
  • John Kunhart, Managing Director and co-founder, American River Ventures
  • Margaret Laub, Chief Executive Officer, Policy Studies Inc
  • Lisa Suennen, Managing Member and co-founder, Psilos Group
