SAN DIEGO, April 10 /PRNewswire/ -- Dr. Manny Tau has been promoted to the position of Service Area Leader for the Problematic Behaviors (ProBe) Service Area at Baron Center, Inc (BCI). Dr. Tau is a California licensed psychologist (PSY14892) with specializations in clinical & forensic psychology. Dr. Tau is an expert in assessing threats to an organization and active threat management, and has been extensively used as a workplace violence and threat management consultant for many recognized federal, state, county, city, and private organizations nationwide.

Dr. Tau's expertise in threat assessment assists organizations in their efforts to contain and effectively manage potentially violent situations and in implementing appropriate intervention strategies in order to minimize risk to personnel and property. Dr. Tau's background includes bachelor's degrees in Psychology and Biological Sciences, master's and doctoral degrees in Clinical Psychology, and extensive clinical and forensic training and services in the private and public sectors.
