Making the World A Brighter Place - DENTCA Provides High Quality CAD/CAM Dentures in Five Days and Just Two Visits.
Date:5/28/2013

Los Angeles, California (PRWEB) May 28, 2013

DENTCA, Inc., the worldwide leader in 3D denture design and production, is happy to announce system-wide improvements that further revolutionize modern denture production for greater accuracy, quality, and convenience. Imagine if doctors can meet with a patient just twice to deliver the most accurate dentures available today. Imagine if the entire impression to final denture production process takes five working days and only one hour of chairtime before final delivery. New system improvements now enable DENTCA to produce final dentures with the highest quality 3D modeling and accuracy in just five working days. If doctors want to test the fit, retention, aesthetics, and occlusion before finalizing the dentures, try-in dentures are available in just three working days after receiving the original impression.

Before DENTCA’s innovative technology was introduced to dentistry in January 2012, manufacturing conventional dentures had been time-consuming and full of human error. Oftentimes, the end result would be uncomfortable for the denture patient, even after multiple final adjustments. DENTCA’s innovative CAD/CAM technology has changed this process in all dimensions. Using 3D mapping technology similar to those employed by Hollywood’s top special effects artists, DENTCA is able to achieve a 100% accurate fit after only one patient visit. The first patient visit consists of taking the impression, bite registration, and lip ruler measurement – with no further measurements needed to deliver the most accurate, high quality, comfortable final dentures. As an added benefit, the digitized information is permanently stored in the DENTCA database, so 100% accurate and identical replacement dentures can be made at any time without additional time needed by the doctor.

As many denture patients find it difficult to schedule multiple doctor visits, DENTCA’s two-visit system makes the entire denture procedure super-convenient for patients and caregivers. Once doctors master DENTCA's CAD/CAM Denture procedure, patients need only one hour of total chairtime before receiving their high quality dentures. In addition to providing significant time-savings, DENTCA’s 3D-modeled dentures are superior in quality to conventional ones requiring five or more visits and five or more hours of chairtme to receive.

“DENTCA constantly aims to make the patient experience as simple and productive as possible. While our system is designed to maximize convenience, we believe in delivering the highest quality, best-of-class, and most accurate denture solution available to doctors today with the innovative use of CAD/CAM technology,” adds Sun Kwon, CEO. “With DENTCA’s 3D modeling and 3D printing system, patients can receive multiple, 100% identical dentures to use as replacements and even request identical dentures with different gum and teeth shades to add variety to their new lifestyle.”

About the DENTCA System:

DENTCA provides a wide range of denture products including standard and premium single arch dentures, complete dentures, and implant overdentures. DENTCA’s try-in denture is also ideal for using as a surgical stent for implant overdenture cases. DENTCA’s 3D CAD/CAM Denture System requires no hardware or software investment by the doctor. All doctors need to do is take an accurate impression and capture the vertical dimension (VD) and centric relation (CR) accurately with DENTCA’s patented tray system. If doctors choose to receive a try-in before the final denture, they can adjust the try-in directly and take a new bite on it for any vertical dimension or bite adjustment. Final dentures are fabricated in five working days after receiving the try-in back, or directly from the impression if no try-in is requested.

DENTCA provides denture fabrication services to prosthodontists, general practice dentists, denturists, mobile dental networks, dental laboratories, government agencies, dental schools, and corporate health care networks. DENTCA’s revolutionary technological breakthroughs are making digitally enhanced CAD/CAM dentures the industry standard at the forefront of denture processing.
