Making the World A Brighter Place - DENTCA Provides High Quality CAD/CAM Dentures in Five Days and Just Two Visits.
Date:5/28/2013

Los Angeles, California (PRWEB) May 28, 2013

DENTCA, Inc., the worldwide leader in 3D denture design and production, is happy to announce system-wide improvements that further revolutionize modern denture production for greater accuracy, quality, and convenience. Imagine if doctors can meet with a patient just twice to deliver the most accurate dentures available today. Imagine if the entire impression to final denture production process takes five working days and only one hour of chairtime before final delivery. New system improvements now enable DENTCA to produce final dentures with the highest quality 3D modeling and accuracy in just five working days. If doctors want to test the fit, retention, aesthetics, and occlusion before finalizing the dentures, try-in dentures are available in just three working days after receiving the original impression.

Before DENTCA’s innovative technology was introduced to dentistry in January 2012, manufacturing conventional dentures had been time-consuming and full of human error. Oftentimes, the end result would be uncomfortable for the denture patient, even after multiple final adjustments. DENTCA’s innovative CAD/CAM technology has changed this process in all dimensions. Using 3D mapping technology similar to those employed by Hollywood’s top special effects artists, DENTCA is able to achieve a 100% accurate fit after only one patient visit. The first patient visit consists of taking the impression, bite registration, and lip ruler measurement – with no further measurements needed to deliver the most accurate, high quality, comfortable final dentures. As an added benefit, the digitized information is permanently stored in the DENTCA database, so 100% accurate and identical replacement dentures can be made at any time without additional time needed by the doctor.

As many denture patients find it difficult to schedule multiple doctor visits, DENTCA’s two-visit system makes th
