Maggie O'Hara Named as a Finalist in Connecticut Technology Council's Women of Innovation Awards Program

IVANS, Inc., a leading provider of corporate connectivity solutions and services, announced that Maggie O'Hara, IVANS group vice president of marketing, product management, and customer operations has been named as a finalist in the fifth annual Women of Innovation awards program hosted by the Connecticut Technology Council.

Stamford, CT (Vocus) January 21, 2009 -- IVANS, Inc., a leading provider of corporate connectivity solutions and services, announced that Maggie O'Hara, IVANS group vice president of marketing, product management, and customer operations has been named as a finalist in the fifth annual Women of Innovation awards program hosted by the Connecticut Technology Council. This program acknowledges women in the workforce who exemplify innovation and have made major contributions in their fields. Nominations are submitted by peers and are evaluated by the Council based on experience, history of innovation, creative thinking, leadership and problem solving skills.

Ms. O'Hara was nominated due to her success in bringing innovative products to the market, including the January 2008 launch of a high-speed Internet access solution for Medicare claims processing called IVANS LIME™. According to Clare DeNicola, IVANS president and CEO, "After indentifying there was a need to accelerate Medicare claims processing, Maggie led the marketing and product development teams in creating IVANS LIME and introduced it to the marketplace in less than six months.
