Date:11/28/2014

Hamilton, ON Canada (PRWEB) November 28, 2014

Mabel’s Labels, the market leader for labels for the stuff kids lose® and an award-winning company established by four moms, today announced that co-founders Julie Cole, Julie Ellis, Cynthia Esp, and Tricia Mumby have been honored with a 2014 RBC Canadian Woman Entrepreneur Award. They were recognized with the PROFIT Award for Excellence in Entrepreneurship.

All 4 partners (Julie Cole, Julie Ellis, Cynthia Esp, and Tricia Mumby) accepted the award on behalf of Mabel’s Labels at the program’s 22nd Annual Awards Gala, hosted by Diane Francis, editor-at-large for the Financial Post, on Wednesday, November 26, 2014 at the Fairmont Royal York in Toronto.

“It is an honor to be included among this group of talented female entrepreneurs and recognized for our achievements by the RBC Canadian Women Entrepreneur Awards program for a second time since 2009,” said Cole. “Winning another RBC Canadian Woman Entrepreneur Award is an important milestone for our brand.”

The RBC Canadian Women Entrepreneur Awards program recognizes female business owners from across Canada who make impressive and substantial contributions to the local, Canadian or global economy. These awards recognize businesswomen from three major regions across Canada: East, Central and West. Nominees were judged by a panel of prominent business leaders and subject to a due diligence performed by Deloitte Private Client Services.

“Mabel’s Labels is committed to supporting our local community while breaking new boundaries for female entrepreneurs, continuing to expand our global markets, and increasing our business profile,” said Cole.
