Firm to Launch Vitals.com Which Offers Free Comprehensive Doctor

Information and Reviews

NEW YORK, Jan. 28 /PRNewswire/ -- MWW Group (http://www.mww.com), one of the nation's top 10 public relations firms, today announced the addition of Vitals.com to its client roster. MWW Group will design and execute a comprehensive communications program for the free, online doctor evaluation service.

Vitals.com provides consumers with access -- for the first time ever -- to one single comprehensive source for empirical quality measures on physicians, such as quality of hospital affiliations and educational background, sanctions and volume of procedures, in addition to independent doctor reviews, peer evaluations and patient feedback. Patients can browse the Vitals site to find a new doctor based on a symptom or desired type of specialist, or they can use the quick search option to look up and review their own doctors.

"Selecting the most appropriate doctor to meet your medical needs is one of the most important decisions you will ever make," said Michael W. Kempner, president and CEO of MWW Group. "Vitals makes this decision easier by allowing consumers to find the specific qualities they are looking for in a doctor. MWW Group will draw on its deep experience with online consumer services and healthcare marketing to position the site as the go-to source for finding 'Doctor Right'."

The account will be managed from MWW Group's New York office.
