Medicare Advantage enrollment in MVP Gold and Preferred Care Gold also increased. At the end of February, Medicare enrollment was 95,000 members -- an increase of 3,300 members compared to December 2008.

Enrollment also increased in non-medical products such as dental insurance, COBRA administration, and flexible spending accounts (Section 125 plans). At the end of February, enrollment in these products was 46,000 -- an increase of 3,000 over December 2008.
