MSA Executive Search Recruits Dr. Thomas McAfee, CEO of Keck Medicine of USC Medical Foundation

MSA Executive Search, an INTEGRATED company, dedicated exclusively to healthcare executive search, announced the successful recruitment of Thomas McAfee, M.D., Chief Executive Officer of Keck Medicine of USC Medical Foundation, located in Los Angeles, California. Dr. McAfee is expected to begin his new role on Sept. 3, 2013.

An in-depth analysis of Keck Medicine of USC’s organizational mission and a detailed profile for this mission-critical physician executive position were developed as a guide in this nationwide recruitment effort led by Jane Groves, MSA Executive Search Executive Vice-President.

As CEO, Dr. McAfee will lead the physician alignment strategy and infrastructure development of the newly formed Keck Medicine of USC Medical Foundation. Through key growth initiatives, Dr. McAfee will prepare the foundation to be the home for acquired physician practices and enable the foundation to provide a more comprehensive range of health services in a broader geographic area. Dr. McAfee will also drive quality and best practice standards associated with the foundation and promote an integrated environment to streamline referrals and care coordination.
