MLM Expert and Start-Up Specialist Jim Clayton Joins Healthy Coffee USA

NEWPORT BEACH, Calif., March 25 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Healthy Coffee USA, Inc., the marketing arm of Healthy Coffee International, Inc. (Pink Sheets: HCFE), announced today that Jim Clayton, a multi-level marketing expert and start-up specialist, has joined Healthy Coffee USA as a management consultant. Mr. Clayton brings to the company a wealth of diverse business experience spanning three decades. Mr. Clayton is a start-up specialist who has been engaged as COO or CEO to several companies such as Verustar, a real estate direct sales firm, Apogee International, a skin care company specializing in skin care products for the Asian community, Pocket Finder, a firm specializing in Satellite Location Devices, and Iamvoip, an MLM Company marketing internet telephone. Mr. Clayton established Business Initiative Strategies, initiated market opportunities and was responsible for establishing corporate infrastructures.

Mr. Clayton attributes his management savvy to a l4-year joint venture relationship with award-winning agency Fawcett Productions, where he participated in client strategic corporate structure as well as co-producing infomercials, corporate training and motivational programs, marketing and sales projects for clients such as Chrysler Corporation, Commonwealth Commodity Brokers, City of Hope, Fairfield Communities, Nutrition Express, Enrich, Nu Skin and TravelMax, among a host of others.

A specialist in turn-around and new start-up initiatives, Mr. Clayton is a great addition to the global expansion of Healthy Coffee USA. He is an adviser to the executive committee in fine-tuning the policies, strategic alliances with vendors and suppliers as well as the review of the compensation plan of the company.
