MJGC Welcomes New Director of Social Work A...( NEW YORK Sept. 17 /- Metropolitan...),Health

NEW YORK, Sept. 17 /PRNewswire/ -- Metropolitan Jewish Geriatric Center (MJGC) is proud to welcome Alla Lerner to her new position as Director, Social Work. Ms. Lerner brings valuable experience as well as a familiarity with Metropolitan Jewish Health System to her role. She had been a unit social worker at Shorefront Jewish Geriatric Center since 2001.

In her new position, she will be responsible for overseeing the Social Work Department at MJGC. Ms. Lerner's dedication and experience in providing for the mental and emotional well-being of our residents will be a great benefit to MJGC. She earned her master's degree in Social Work from New York University's Shirley M. Ehrenkranz School of Social Work.
