Date:7/10/2008

Events Include Minneapolis, Chicago and Los Angeles Life Time Fitness

Triathlon Series Races

MILWAUKEE, July 10 /PRNewswire/ -- MGD 64 today announced it will sponsor three upcoming 2008 Life Time Fitness Triathlon Series Race to the Toyota Cup events: the July 12 Life Time Fitness Triathlon in Minneapolis, the August 22 Accenture Chicago Triathlon and the September 7 Kaiser Permanente Los Angeles Triathlon.

As the exclusive beer sponsor of the events, MGD 64 will participate in pre-race expos, provide product for various post-race events and hospitality areas, and contribute merchandise for participant race bags. Additionally, the Minneapolis and Chicago triathlons each will feature an MGD 64 "As Light As it Gets" beer garden, providing participants and volunteers refreshing drinks and a place to cool off.

"We are constantly looking for new opportunities to introduce consumers across the country to the refreshing taste of MGD 64," said Grant Leech, MGD marketing director. "These premier sporting events provide us with an excellent outlet for brand exposure to an audience that will definitely appreciate a beer that is as light as it gets."

MGD 64 boasts a mere 64 calories and 2.4 grams of carbohydrates, making it the perfect choice for legal-drinking-age consumers striving to maintain a sense of balance throughout their active lifestyles. MillerCoors successfully introduced MGD 64 to Midwest and West markets over the past year and will roll out the product nationally beginning in late August.
