Farm-to-Plate Message to Team Members

PALM BEACH, Fla., Aug. 6 /PRNewswire/ -- The Breakers Palm Beach (http://www.thebreakers.com) is not just a luxury oceanfront resort, but a company deeply committed to each employee's personal well-being. The Breakers' Green Market will resume its seasonal operation on Friday afternoons beginning November 7, 2008, and sell a cornucopia of local, organically grown produce from carefully selected cottage purveyors and boutique farms.

"We are inspired to continually invest in our organization and to expand the ways we can contribute to the quality of life of our associates and their families," said Denise Bober, director of human resources of The Breakers. "On one front, the Green Market unites our long-standing environmental sensitivity with our dedication to the finest quality standards. But it also provides our associates with accessible options for healthy eating. Giving our employees opportunities to take responsibility for personal well-being is one of our top priorities, and we take pride in making these Friday afternoons a healthy and delicious shopping list for them."
