Lupus Foundation of America Releases New Patient Education Series

of Quick Guides which provide information about the impact of lupus on specific population groups that are at greater risk for developing lupus -- African Americans, Asians, Native Americans and Hispanics/Latinos.

Additional titles as well as versions in Spanish, Chinese, Vietnamese and Japanese are in development and due out later in 2008.

The Lupus Foundation of America is the nation's leading nonprofit voluntary health education dedicated to finding the cause of and cure for lupus and providing support, services and hope to all people affected by lupus. The LFA and its nationwide network of nearly 300 chapters and support groups conduct programs of research, education and advocacy.
