In fact, sex-related headaches bear relation to exertional headaches, headaches which occur with physical activity. Sex-related headaches often come at the height of passion during sex or after an orgasm. Many people ignore this type of headache due to embarrassment, not realizing that it is a common occurrence among both males and females. However, not addressing the problem can be a major strain on one’s relationship. Finding a solution for sex-related headaches is the only way to resuscitate your sex life.

Exertional headaches occur during or after sustained, strenuous exercise. Ironically, keeping the body active and engaging in a regular exercise routine is recommended for headache sufferers. However, adhering to this recommendation occasionally creates a dilemma for the sufferer when exercise itself triggers headache pain. Activities that can precipitate exertion headaches include running, heavy lifting, or any other physical activity.

When a headache occurs for the first time, it can be due to a serious, life-threatening condition and urgent attention is needed.
